Tip of the Day
Midline stability is a term we throw around a lot.  It's extremely important to a CrossFitter because functional movement is core to extremity.  This means we utilize our large muscle groups first, followed by our smaller muscle groups.  Knowing how to organize your midline and having strength there is the safest possible way to get work done.
