Tip of the Day
I'm sure the majority of you watched the Games this weekend and you are super pumped to get into the gym and improve.  Before you get really amped up and think you need to practice parallette handstand push ups, remember our virtuosity for the basics.  Become uncommonly good at the fundamentals before you jump into the advanced.  Spending time on perfecting your air squat is a great place to start your road to improving.
