Find your wide grip banded bench press 1 RM + 25% band resistance (red/orange)

2 Rounds:
1a) 50 per side KB or DB side bends
1b) 25 per side rear delt raise

For Time:
50 burpees
200 m farmers carry (50/35)
150 double unders

Tip of the Day
The farmers carry is an awesome training tool.  It strengthens your grip and works hard on your midline at the same time.  As your meandering your 200 weighted meters, think more about your posture than about how bad your grip sucks.  Focus on a positive thought like, "chest up tall, shoulder blades down and back."  It's easy to round forward in weighted walks which is the #1 midline violator.
