10:00 to find your Overhead squat 1 RM.  If you have mobility issues, you will work on your overhead position during this time.

Accessories
2 Rounds:
1a) 10 per leg barbell front rack lunges
1b) 10 banded inverse curls
1c) 5 max effort box jumps

WOD
7:00 on the clock
750 m row
50 squats
max rep double unders in remaining time

Tip of the Day
The overhead squat is the king of all squats.  If you have any minor deficiency in your air squat, the overhead squat will magnify it.  Take pride in having a solid air squat because it is the base of all other squatting movements and athletic performance.
