Tip of the Day
This is an awesome couplet!  If you are proficient at handstand push ups, make sure you kip from the beginning and kip hard! You will need all of the lat and shoulder strength you have for the later rounds.  If the handstand push up is not your strongest movement, please scale accordingly.  Falling on your head repeatedly is not advised!
