For Time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadlifts (1.5 Bodyweight/Bodyweight)
Bench Press (BW/.75BW)
Cleans (.75BW/.50BW)

Tip of the Day
Take your time to achieve your proper bench press set up before starting that movement.  Even though this is for time, it is never an excuse for poor technique.  Form first!
