20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

*Every minute on the minute, stop where you are and complete 4 burpees.  WOD starts with burpees.  Continue where you left off after completing burpees.

Tip of the Day
This WOD requires a lot of mental toughness.  Do you have the mental toughness to push out those last few reps when your everything is screaming to drop the bar?  When it comes down to it, more burpees is never an option.  Push hard.
