Find your 1 RM sumo deadlift off of 2 inch blocks

Tip of the Day
To make bar facing burpees a bit more efficient, focus on bringing your feet as close to the bar as you can when you fire your hips up.  That way you won't have to take an extra step or two before hopping over the bar.
