1a) Snatch grip deadlift @ snatch 1 RM - Max reps unbroken
1b) 10 banded inverse curls
1c) 1 minute plank hold

2 RFT:
25 Wall Balls (20/14)
25 Box Jumps (24/20)

Tip of the Day
The snatch grip deadlift is used to build not only a strong posterior chain, but also a strong upper back.  When performing this lift, be aware of the position of your shoulders at all times.  Your lats should be tight, your chest up tall, and your shoulders back.
