Tip of the Day
So many of you come to us asking, "Can I do extra stuff?"  Usually the answer is, "No, follow the program."  However, today, I will give you something extra to do.  Practice your double unders.  Buy a jump rope and practice in your garage, or your dining room, or where ever.  Double unders fall into the neurological category and the only way to get better neurologically, is to practice.  That doesn't mean do an extra 500 attempts a day until you have ankle and calf issues.  It means, spend a few minutes each day, practicing.
