Tip of the day
As an athlete, you should know how to set your body up for success.  I'm not talking about nutrition, sleep, mobility, massage, etc. (although, you all better be on top of this too!).  I'm talking about knowing your proper set up positions before you complete a movement or attempt a lift.  You wouldn't throw a heavy bar on your back and fall to the bottom of the squat and just hope that you stand back up.  You should have a systematic check list for your body before the lift starts.  Feet set, glutes tight, ribs tucked, eyes straight ahead, deep breath, go!
