Tip of the day
"I'll just do a round a minute and at the end, I'll kick it up a notch so that I can get 20 or more rounds."  This is the perfect game plan in the perfect world.  Since this is reality, that plan turns into a chalk bomb, water break, pile of sweat rather quickly.  A better approach might be to not look at the clock at all.  Just keep moving at a steady pace and see what happens.  You might surprise yourself.
