Tip of the Day
Prior to working out, especially at high intensity, you want to make sure that your body is prepared for what you are getting ready to put it through.  Leave the static stretching for your cool down and focus on getting your body moving.  You always want to start with a general warm up, something that loosens everything up.  From there, you want to move into a more specific warm up that preps you for the movements you are getting ready to do.  Keep your body moving and elevate your heart rate.  You will find your WOD times improving.
