Tip of the Day
An efficient burpee box jump is all about your foot placement.  The closer you bring your feet to your hands on the way up, the shorter your distance to the box, eliminating the need for an extra step.  On the way off the box, knowing where to place your feet to be able to drop straight into the burpee also eliminates extra steps.  Take the time to set up your foot placement before the WOD starts.
