15 over the box jumps (24/20)
25 push ups
35 sit ups
45 double unders

Tip of the Day
For the over the box jump, opening your hip at the top is not a requirement.  Mess around with which way will be more efficient for you.   You can land low on the box and "skip" over it or stand all the way up and walk over.
