1a) 20 Dimel deadlifts @ 40%
1b) 20 V-Ups

WOD
For Time:
10 - 1 KB Swings (1.5/1)
1 - 10 per leg Pistol squats

*At Go, complete 10 KB swings then 1 pistol squat on each leg.  Followed by 9 KB swings and 2 pistol squats on each leg, etc.  The WOD finishes at 1 KB swing and 10 pistols squats on each leg.
