Tip of the Day
When it comes to weightlifting, both Olympic and power,  you want to base your progress on your bodyweight.  Being able to move your bodyweight is a serious advantage when it comes to other aspects of being an athlete, like running and gymnastics.  Your goals should be bodyweight, double bodyweight, and triple bodyweight.  The more you can move above your bodyweight, the stronger you are pound for pound.
