Tip of the Day
Today might be the first time that we have put pressure on you to complete rope climbs quickly in order to have a score.  In this case, you have to trust that you abilities and just go.  When the pressure is on, thinking too much about "how" to complete something will turn your abilities into disabilities.  Trust your coaching and haul up that rope.
