Tip of the Day
Sled pulling is not a calf exercise.  If you finish sled pulling and only your calves hurt, you did it wrong.  Sleds are excellent low impact cardio and they are awesome for increasing your squat and deadlift without squatting or deadlifting.  When you walk, you want to feel like you pull through your heel on every step, not drive through your toe.
