Tip of the Day
When performing burpees where you have to jump onto or over something,  you want to work on bringing your feet as close to your hands as possible on the way up.  By only bringing your feet part way to your hands, you leave yourself quite a distance away from the object you need to jump to, causing you to take extra unwanted steps.  Be efficient.
