Tip of the Day
The DB snatch is a fun movement that works some explosive unilateral movement.  When taking the DB from the floor, do not underestimate getting reset at the bottom.  The stiff leg, rounded back problem that plagues you on a deadlift will smoke you quick on the DB snatch too.  Maintain your lumbar curve and use your legs.  Your back will thank you!
