Tip of the day
If you are proficient at your gymnastics kip, this is a fun sprint that you can really test your speed with.  If gymnast doesn't exactly fit into your resume, you might find that your arms wear out quickly.  This would be a good WOD to work on that kip, with the numbers being low.
