Tip of the Day
When completing your pass throughs (also called shoulder dislocates), pay attention to your hand position.  As you warm up, try scooting your hands in a bit.  If you have really good mobility and pass throughs aren't a problem, add a small weight to the pvc.   The better your shoulder mobility, the easier it will be to snatch.
