Midline

Standing, Static banded ab holds:
3 Rounds: 1 minute middle, :30 per side

WOD
5 RFT
50 Feet Overhead walking lunges (45/25)
21 burpees

Tip of the day
Midline control is important in this wod.  As you get into the later rounds, be aware of your rib cage and low back position.  Keep your rib cage tucked and eliminate any hyperextension in your low back.  The same applies to both the lunges and the burpees.
