1) Seated, with bar at eye level pin press - 8 RM (3-4 sets)
2) 2 x 10 DB floor press with palm facing inward

Tip of the day
With all the unbroken double under practice we had a few weeks ago, this wod should be in everyones wheel house!  Remember that our hollow body position that we work on, makes your double unders more efficient.
