Find your banded deadlift 1 RM  (blues/reds) (30% band tension)

3 x 1 minute DB hex head holds

For Time:
30 deadlifts (205/135)
30 pull ups
30 alternating pistol squats

Post WOD
800 m plate walk (45/25)
*Walk holding a plate flat against your chest

Tip of the Day
When doing the plate walk, make sure you are walking with solid posture.  This is an excellent accessory for building your mid back strength.  If your posture is rounded or hyperextended, you will create too much tension.
