Tip of the day
Unbroken double unders are a great way to change up your practice.  A lot of people practice by doing as many as they can until they break.  That works great until you keep tripping at the same number, then it becomes a mind game.  Set a number just outside of your comfort zone and make yourself do them unbroken.
