Tip of the Day
This looks a lot like our girl "Diane".  However, with the rep scheme being a bit different, plus a few more reps, the "unbroken" challenge is greater.  This WOD is a sprint and it is a lot of fun.  Remember on that handstand push up to keep your chin tucked tight to your chest, this will help with stability and neck protection.
