For Time:
100 thrusters (95/65)
*Complete 6 over the box jumps every time you drop the bar (24/20)

Post WOD
800 m sled walk for recovery then 100 seated banded good mornings

Tip of the Day
Since dropping the bar is frowned upon in this WOD, finding a resting station might be helpful.  Do not be afraid to hold the bar in the front rack position for a few seconds of rest.  No, the bar cannot be placed behind your neck to rest.  Today is about mental toughness.  Get ready!!!
