For Time:
1 mile run
100 sit ups
100 supermans
1 mile run

Tip of the Day
Your core strength is about more than just visible abs.  Your core plays a crucial role in lifting heavy, gymnastics, your ability to receive your Oly lifts, double unders, running, and your everyday posture.  Pay attention to your core positioning while you run, if you have a hyperextension in your low back, you have some work to do.
