Tip of the Day
This time of the year is hard.  What is suppose to be enjoyable time with our families, is actually loaded with stress.  As a gym, we experience it as well.  Remember that just because it is the holidays, your health doesn't take a break.  Eating well, working out, and taking care of your health is a 365 days a year task.  Focus on yourself, make eating well and working out a priority over the sweets and parties.  You will find that your stress level lowers dramatically and suddenly the holidays are more fun.
