Holiday Hours

Today: the last class is 5 pm.  NO 6 or 7 pm class
Friday: 8, 9, and 10 am ONLY
Saturday: Normal schedule
Sunday: Yoga 8:30 and Open gym 10:00 (Starting Sunday December 6th, yoga will move to 3 pm on Sundays)

Find your front squat 1 RM

2 Rounds:
1a) 10 Good mornings (95/65)
1b) 2" deficit lunges 10 per leg
1c) 6 barbell overhead sit ups

For Time:
200 double unders
100 sit ups
50 DB snatches (50/35) alternating from the floor

Tip of the Day
When performing a regular sit up without an abmat, your abs do not do all of the work.  Without the abmat, your upper abs contract to start the movement but your hip flexors soon take over because your low back has nothing to drive into, which shuts off your mid and lower abs.  Using the abmat provides the support the low back needs to recruit your abs from top to bottom.
