Are you sore from yesterday?  Dumb question, right?  Sometimes, what you need to help with your soreness isn't laying on the couch, but more movement.  By moving and getting your muscles warm and blood flowing, you active your lymphatic system to help push out lactic acid.  What does active recovery look like?
