1c) Accumulate 2 minutes of L-Sit
1d) 30 per leg banded adduction

1 mile sled walk

Tip of the Day
The 3 best core exercises are hollow rocks, GDH sit ups, and L-sits.  This is because all three use all of your abdominals, from top to bottom.  When you can do 3 unbroken minutes of L-sits, all of your core exercises, like toes to bar, will become WAY easier!
