Tip of the Day
Unbroken sets can apply to more than just double unders.  While unbroken doubles are a great way to build your confidence and get better at them, this can also be applied to deadlifts, oly lifts, gymnastics, etc.  Set a goal, big or small, and build on it.  When you are solid on 5 unbroken, go for 7 or 10.  Do not set your goals too high when you are first learning or you will become easily frustrated.
