15:00 of handstand and pull up practice (muscle ups if you have chest to bar and dips)

How high up the ladder can you go in 8:00 of:
10 sit ups
2 toes to bar
2 lunges (total)
10 sit ups
4 toes to bar
4 lunges
10 sit ups
6 toes to bar
6 lunges

*Score is last successful round completed plus extra reps.  If you finish 10 toes to bar and 10 lunges and do 5 sit ups in the next round, score is 10+5.

Tip of the Day
Basic gymnastics movement can be improved rapidly with proper body positioning.  Understanding the hollow body position can add efficiency to every gymnastics move we perform.  Practice your hollow holds, hollow rocks, arch holds, etc.  Then think about those positions in your handstands and pull ups.
