Tip of the Day
Why do DB thrusters suck, i mean, hurt so much more than a barbell thruster?  The answer is, unilateral movement.  Because you are holding two weighted objects instead of just one, the stability required to move the weight is greater.  Because of this, you have more muscle recruitment making them more tiring.
