Tip of the Day
For a CrossFit gym, we bench press a lot! For those of you that have improved on your bench pressing, you should notice that your push ups have improved too.  If they haven't, check your hand and elbow positions.  At the bottom of a push up, you should be in the same position as the bottom of a bench press.
