Tip of the Day
These lifts should basically be 3 RM's.  Where your press stops, your push press begins.  When completing shoulder to overhead, remember your systematic check list before your lift.  If you have any flaw in your set up, it will show up quickly in your presses. The most important part of your check list should involve bringing your rib cage down to protect your low back.
