Tip of the Day
"Pistol squats hurt my knee."  Then you're doing them wrong.  Like most gymnastics movements, pistols require quite a bit of strength AND flexibility.  If you get to the bottom and just fall over, more than likely you have a strength issue.  If you get to the bottom and cannot keep your heel on the ground, or you cannot get to the bottom at all, you might need to check your mobility.
