Tip of the Day
Kipping is so much easier than strict, why do strict movements?  Strict is the base strength for your kipping.  If you want to increase your max kipping numbers, you will need two things.  First, you will need some strong skill work.  Second, you will need to increase your number strict reps.  The stronger and more skilled you are, the better you are at gymnastics.
