Tip of the Day
EMOM's are designed to provide rest.  They are designed to be an all out sprint each minute with rest afterwards.  If you have been sandbagging your EMOM's and taking the full minute and going at a slow pace, it's time to pick it up.  Can you do each round in under :30?
