Tip of the Day
Why do we have benchmark workouts? Why do we keep a WOD journal? CrossFit is measurable, observable, and repeatable.  Think about this, if your work out was 3 sets of 10 of bicep curls, leg extensions, and crunches, how would you be able to determine if you were becoming more fit? You might go up in weight, but what about the rest of your fitness markers?  Take today's WOD, lets say you complete it faster and heavier than you did 2 years ago, now you have proof that your fitness is moving in the right direction.
