Tip of the Day
Rowing efficiency will be key today!  We often hear people say that rowing hurts their back.  If you have poor form and a rounded back when you row, then heck yeah it hurts!  Remember that you want your rowing form to look more like the lift off of a clean rather than a terrible form deadlift.
