Tip of the Day
A lot of athletes prefer "Jumping Karen" over regular "Karen".  The reason for the preference is the break in the movement.  Although you have to do double unders between your sets, 15 seems like a much more manageable task than 150.  With that being said, can you do every round of wall balls unbroken?
