Tip of the Day
A fault of many athletes is pressing the bar before they reach full hip extension on the push press.  The key parts to the movement include the dip, drive upward, then the press out overhead.  You want to take full advantage of the hip drive to get the bar as high as you can before you have to start pressing it out.
