Tip of the Day
Bench pressing in a WOD does not mean that you flop down on the bench and hurry up to drop the weight to your chest and fling it back up.  Just because we are doing this for time does not mean that you forget how to set up for benching.  Take the couple of extra seconds it takes to get the proper body positioning before you begin your set.
