Have a smart game plan with your partner before you start.  Our recommendation is to break the work into small and manageable chunks.  This will help keep your power output high the entire WOD.

Holiday hours: Monday, Tursday, and Wednesday are normal class times. Thursday is 8, 9, and 10 am ONLY! Friday, CLOSED! Saturday is normal schedule with open gym at 11. Sunday open gym at 10 a.m. and yoga at 3 p.m.
