Tip of the Day
This WOD may be similar to "Jumping Karen" for a lot of you.  What I mean by that is, a lot of you dislike 100 burpees because its the same thing over and over again.  With the mandatory break to do a different move,  you might actually do better than you would if it were 150 burpees for time.
