Tip of the Day
In a world of instant gratification, snatching does not fit in.  The snatch is the worlds fastest, and most technically complicated, lift.  So when you Olympic lift for the first time in your life, please understand that this lift requires years of practice.  The snatch also requires a tremendous amount of mobility, and without it, snatching heavy is completely out of the question.  My advice is to be patient, work on your timing and technique, and be honest about your mobility or lack there of.
